Rules and Regulations
- The
hunter must also agree to the following rules while
hunting with MO-Whitetail Inc. |

Missouri non-resident
hunting licenses can be obtained by
calling 1-800-392-4115
|
Only trophy class
animals may be taken.
- Bucks must be
in the 140 class.
- Does must be
yearlings.
- A $250.00 fee
is charged for a non-trophy hunt.
- There will be
a limited number of hunters per week.
- A safety
harness is required for tree stand
hunting.
- No alcoholic
beverages or illegal drugs.
- ATV use will
be by management only.
All guns will be unloaded while in
transit to and from hunting locations.
All ammunition will be in the possession
of the guides while in transit to and
from hunting locations.
- Hunting
license and hunter safety certificate
required.
- Hunter safety
certificate required if your birth date
is on or after January 1, 1967. (MO
law.)
- A 1/2
non-refundable deposit is required
within 30 days of booking for the number
of days (hunt) you choose. The balance
is due thirty (30) days prior to the
beginning of the scheduled hunt.
- Deposit may be
transferred to another available hunt
date - if available.
- No refund
unless you are replaced by another
hunter.
- Method of
payment accepted: Cashiers Check, Money
Order, Cash or Personal check.
- Hunter must
stay within a 100 yard diameter of the
tree stand, ground blind or other
location that the MO-Whitetail Inc guide
places you in with exceptions of
property boundaries. Hunter must not
leave this designated area for any
reason.
- Hunter agrees
to only one (1) person will be allowed
in the tree stand at a time, and there
will be only one (1) gun per hunting
location.
- Hunter agrees
to respect other hunters, guides,
landowners, and landowners property. No
littering.
- Hunter must
not damage or harm in any way livestock,
fences, farm equipment, farmland, crops,
roads or any other property of the land
owners or leasers.
- Hunter must
sign a hunting agreement and waiver of
liability to be completed at time of
deposit. Any policy or rule that is not
followed could mean immediate
cancellation of your reservation with no
refund.
- MO-Whitetail
Inc. is not responsible for any
accident, injury or theft.
- We reserve the
right to change or cancel dates with a
full refund.
